Wain J – Camp 73 – Shortly after arriving in camp, Wain went into the walk-in cooler and found some food without labeling and dates. Without the proper labeling and dating, Wain ended up documenting the items on the spoilage log sheet and discarding the food.
Kristalee – Camp 74 – Upon entering the kitchen, Kristalee observed a kitchen staff member using the meat slicer without wearing cut resistant gloves. The task was stopped and the staff was reminded about KSOP005 – Using the Meat Slicer requirement to wear cut resistant gloves while using the meat slicer. THe staff member put on the cut resistant gloves and restarted the process of using the meat slicer.
